- Control over maintenance, assign tasks to contractors, and track the success.
- Working with software (Buildium, CRM, Square, Google calendar)
- Work and interaction with residents - payments, arrivals, departures, signing leases.
- Visiting multiple locations daily.
- Cleaning control.
- Team interaction.
- Other tasks.

- You might need to visit several locations daily - a car is a must.
- Experience in maintenance management - preferred.
- A good level of English.
- Experience in property management is preferred.
- Multitasking and being organized.
- Understanding the rental market is preferred.
